Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
Email help.snugsling@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
